SG02A is a USDA H1 rated food grade silicone lubricant, offering a translucent white, non-toxic, odorless, and non-irritating solution. It fully meets eco-friendly requirements and is safe and reliable for your use.

Compatible with Most Plastics and Rubbers

This silicone lubricant is compatible with a wide range of plastics and rubbers. It is a non-curing, non-dispersive, and insoluble lubricant with excellent pressure resistance. It provides significant resistance to high and low temperatures, ranging from -40°F (-40°C) to 500°F (260°C). Its specific gravity is 1.05 at 77°F, ensuring consistent performance.

Excellent Lubrication

It delivers outstanding lubrication, maintaining performance even in wet environments. SG02A uses hydrophobic thickeners for a heavy consistency, ensuring water-resistant flushing. As a dielectric and clean lubricant, it protects against oxidation and seals out moisture. It prevents electrical connections and wiring from corrosion by salt, dirt, and other contaminants.

Proper O-Ring Seating and Assembly

Using SG02A silicone grease helps seat O-rings properly and speeds up assembly operations, particularly in automated processes.
